LOGIC: DEF Tank Temp sensor data is erratic. ACTION: Check the resistance of the temperature sensor in the tank header. Replace the header if it reads "Open."

The sensor is integrated into the suction tube (header). If it fails, the machine thinks the DEF is frozen and won't spray, even in summer.
