Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Chassis Frame Leveling Lockout Solenoid Short to Ground. ACTION: Disconnect sway lock solenoid on front axle carrier. Measure coil resistance (~22Ω); inspect harness running along front axle A-frame for brush snagging or rock damage.
