Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Communication time-out between HMI and IO-Module. ACTION: Check the terminating resistor (120 Ohm) at the end of the CAN line. Clean the 24V supply pins.

Red Seal Fix: These rigs vibrate constantly. The 24V power supply to the joysticks often "fries" at the connector due to micro-arcing. Cut and re-crimp with heat-shrink terminals.
