LOGIC: Electric Fuel Feed / Lift Pump Drive Circuit Open. ACTION: Inspect 12V supply fuse and pump relay in cab fuse center. Measure resistance across the frame-mounted electromagnetic lift pump terminals (~1.5–3.0Ω); check pump ground stud on frame.

Dead-Heading Burnout: When secondary fuel filters plug with winter wax or bio-slime, the small electromagnetic diaphragm lift pump runs continuously hot until its internal coil opens.
