Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Steering Priority Valve Pilot Pressure Switch Short to Ground. ACTION: Inspect priority valve manifold on center articulation joint. Test dynamic pressure on the load-sense line; check wiring harness passing through the center articulation hitch for mechanical pinching.
