LOGIC: SCR Catalyst NOx Conversion Efficiency Below Limit. ACTION: Test DEF fluid quality with an optical refractometer (must read 32.5% ± 0.7%). Remove urea dosing injector from exhaust mixer tube; scrape hard white crystallized urea rocks off nozzle face.
