LOGIC: Engine Coolant Temperature Critically High (>105°C). ACTION: Inspect hydraulic-driven or viscous cooling fan operation. Check radiator core fins for compacted quarry dust or straw; verify coolant level and test dual thermostats in water bath for full opening stroke (>82°C).
