Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Main Positive DC Contactor Mechanically Welded Shut.
ACTION: Disconnect 24V auxiliary power and isolate high-voltage bus. Measure resistance directly across main contactor power studs (must be infinite Ω when coil is de-energized). Replace contactor assembly and inspect pre-charge circuit for blown fuses.

Welded Contacts: If the main contactor drops out under peak load or closes into a partial short before pre-charge finishes, the resulting electric arc welds the silver-alloy contact tips together.
