Diagnosis & fix steps

Hydraulic Main Pump Pressure Implausible. LOGIC: The CAN-node sees a mismatch between the commanded pump displacement and the actual pressure feedback. ACTION: 1. Check the suction strainer for metal particles. 2. Verify the solenoid signal to the pump's displacement controller. 3. Check the pilot pressure (usually 35 bar). FIX: Replace the Main Hydraulic Pump or the displacement control solenoid.

Sandvik loaders use high-pressure piston pumps. If you find brass "glitter" in the suction strainer, the pump is failing internally. Do not just replace the pump; you must flush the entire tank or the new pump will fail in hours.
