LOGIC: Primary Steering Pilot Directional Solenoid Valve Circuit Open. ACTION: Disconnect steering proportional valve connector at central articulation hitch. Measure coil resistance (spec: ~18–22Ω). Check harness for stretch damage across oscillation pivot bearings.
