LOGIC: J1939 CAN Bus Backbone Communication Timeout with Engine ECM. ACTION: Measure terminating resistance across CAN High and CAN Low at the diagnostic port (spec: 60Ω across dual 120Ω resistors). Trace twisted-pair harness near the main cab bulkhead.
