Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Pilot Hydraulic Safety Shut-Off Solenoid Open Circuit. ACTION: Disconnect pilot isolation solenoid valve on the pilot manifold beneath the cab. Measure coil resistance (~22–26Ω); inspect left-side console safety lever limit switch for mechanical sticking.
