Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: J1939 Powertrain CAN Bus Frame Timeout / Bus Off. ACTION: Measure terminating resistance across CAN High (Yellow) and CAN Low (Green) pins at the 16-pin diagnostic port (spec: 60Ω total). Inspect twisted-pair wiring passing through the front-to-rear chassis bulkhead plug.
