Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 1 Signal Low (Grounded). ACTION: Measure throttle pedal output voltage sweep on Channel 1 (spec: 0.5V at idle to 4.5V at floor). Inspect pedal harness where it passes through the lower floorboard grommet for sharp sheet metal cuts.
