Drive Motor "A" Inverter Phase U Over Temperature. LOGIC: The inverter’s internal temperature sensor has exceeded safety limits. ACTION: Inspect the EV cooling system (electric water pump) and coolant level.

Pro-Tip: Modern EV inverters are liquid-cooled. Air bubbles in the coolant loop (often after a minor fender-bender or coolant flush) will cause "hot spots" that trigger P0C11.
