12V/48V Accessories Dead.

System

Low Voltage

Symptom

12V/48V Accessories Dead.

Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: DC-DC Converter Output Low. ACTION: Test the 48V Li-Ion accessory battery. If voltage is <30V, the battery is "bricked" and cannot be jumped like a 12V lead-acid.

Red Seal field insights

RED SEAL FIX: The "Front Vehicle Controller" handles power distribution. If the 48V battery fails, you cannot release the electronic frunk or doors without an external 48V jump pack.
