Diagnosis & fix steps

VVT System Malfunction. LOGIC: The Variable Valve Timing (VVT) actuator is not reaching its target angle. ACTION: Remove and inspect the VVT solenoid for sludge. FIX: Change engine oil and clean the VVT filter screen.
