Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Injector Metering Rail 1 Pressure Below Normal Operating Range.
ACTION: Check fuel supply line restriction between fuel tank and gear pump (<10 in-Hg under load). Replace primary 10-micron water separator and secondary 2-micron fuel filters. Measure high-pressure pump output flow and perform individual injector return-flow leak-off tests.
