Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Sensor Supply Voltage 1 Circuit Voltage Out of Range Low.
ACTION: Check 5V power supply output pin at the ECU connector. Measure resistance to ground on the 5V rail; inspect engine harness for rub-through against sharp casting ribs on the intake manifold.
