Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Cold Start Glow Plug Relay Coil Circuit Open.
ACTION: Check glow plug master fuse (typically 40A–60A maxi-fuse in engine pre-fuse block). Test relay coil resistance (~80–100Ω); measure resistance of each glow plug tip to ground (spec: <1.5Ω each).

Burned Relay Contacts: High current draw across frozen winter starts pits and burns the internal copper disc of the glow plug timer relay, dropping current to the heater busbar.
