LOGIC: Engine Coolant Temp Sensor - Voltage Above Normal.
ACTION: Check for an "Open Circuit" (broken wire) or a disconnected plug. A high voltage usually means "Infinite Resistance."

RED SEAL FIX: If the wire is broken, the ECM thinks it's -40°C and over-fuels the engine. Use a jumper wire to ground the signal pin; if the code changes to 110-4 (Voltage Below Normal), the wiring is good and the sensor is dead.
