Diagnosis & fix steps
DPF Differential Pressure Sensor Performance.
LOGIC: The ECM sees a pressure difference across the DPF that is physically impossible (e.g., higher pressure after the filter than before it).
ACTION: Inspect the pressure sensor tubes for soot blockage or moisture/ice.

Pro-Tip: 90% of the time, the sensor itself is fine. The issue is usually moisture trapped in the sensing tubes that has frozen or turned into a "mud" with soot. Blow air through the tubes (disconnected from the sensor!) back toward the exhaust. If the tubes are clear and the code persists, the sensor internal diaphragm is likely "skewed" and needs replacement.
