LOGIC: SAE J1939 Data Link #2 Abnormal Update Rate. ACTION: Check CAN 2 terminating resistor resistance across pins CAN High and CAN Low (should measure 60Ω total with power OFF). Inspect main harness interconnects for moisture ingress.
