LOGIC: Right Joystick Thumbwheel Voltage Below Normal.
ACTION: Disconnect joystick; if code changes to -3, the thumbwheel assembly is shorted.

Logic: Short to ground on the Right hand side.
FIX: Replace the thumbwheel assembly or handle harness.

ACTION: Measure 5V Ref at the joystick connector.
