Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Boom Raise Pilot Pressure Sensor High Voltage Abnormality. ACTION: Inspect pilot line sensor harness for a short to 5V reference. Check main control valve spool travel and verify true pilot pressure at the base manifold block tap.

Control Logic: Signal locks above 4.75V. The main machine controller freezes the high-power (HP) regeneration loop because it cannot accurately verify operator joystick travel inputs.

Slow Swing / Swing Alarm ON.

Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Swing Pilot Pressure Sensor High Voltage. ACTION: Check for a "short to power" in the harness under the cab. If the harness is clean, the sensor has failed internally.

Logic: The MC uses this signal to release the swing brake. If the signal is "high," the alarm sounds because the machine thinks you're swinging without the brake releasing.
