Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Boom Extension Proportional Valve Solenoid Circuit Open. ACTION: Disconnect the extension solenoid harness at the main boom valve block. Measure coil resistance (spec: ~18–24Ω). Inspect the coiled umbilical harness running inside the boom sections for broken conductors.

Internal Umbilical Fatigue: As the boom telescopes repeatedly under load, the internal spiral cable flexes continuously over internal nylon rollers, eventually snapping small-gauge control wires.
