LOGIC: Fuel Rail Pressure is lower than commanded.
ACTION: Change both fuel filters first. If the code persists, perform a "Fuel Leak-back Test" on the injectors.

Specs: Target rail pressure at idle is approx. 35-40 MPa.
PRO-TIP: Check the fuel suction line for air bubbles. A tiny crack in a plastic fuel line will let air in, causing the pump to "lose prime" on the high-pressure side.
