SCR Operator Inducement - Severity 3.
LOGIC: Final stage of emissions enforcement. An SCR fault has been ignored for too long.
ACTION: 1. Identify the root cause (NOx, DEF quality, or Level).
2. Repair the hardware fault.
FIX: Repair primary SCR fault; perform "Service Recovery Regen" or "Inducement Reset" via Service Advisor software.
