Diagnosis & fix steps
Engine Coolant Temp High (Severe/Moderate).
LOGIC: Coolant temperature has exceeded the safety map in the ECU.
ACTION: 1. Clean the radiator/oil cooler "sandwich."
2. Check coolant level.
3. Check for a slipping fan belt.
FIX: Clean coolers; replace Thermostat; or replace Water Pump.
