LOGIC: Rotary Head Dual-Displacement Variable Motor Solenoid Short to Ground.
ACTION: Inspect 2-pin connector on top-drive bent-axis motor displacement regulator. Measure coil resistance (~22Ω); inspect harness through mast carrier track for pinched ground short.
