Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Load Sensor Leader Crowd System Signal High / Bridged to Power Supply (Input %IW2.45.12).
ACTION: Unplug the crowd system load pin/strain gauge connector at the leader/mast head. Check signal wire voltage back to node %IW2.45 pin 12 (normally 0.5–4.5V or 4–20mA). If reading continuous 24V (or >10V on a 0-10V scale), trace the mast cable track harness for insulation chafing against the 24V sensor supply line. If signal wire drops to 0V when unplugged, the internal strain gauge bridge inside the load pin is shorted internally.

Unlike an open circuit (0x0262), bridging to power tricks the system into seeing an immediate overload condition, locking out crowd downward pull to prevent catastrophic mast buckling.
