LOGIC: High-Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) Rail Pressure Exceeds Upper Limit.
ACTION: Disconnect fuel metering unit (MeUn) on high-pressure pump. Test internal coil resistance (spec: ~2.8Ω); check MeUn valve sliding piston for fuel varnish sticking.
