LOGIC: Crowd System Counterbalance Holding Valve Pilot Solenoid Short to Power.
ACTION: Measure resistance across holding valve solenoid on the crowd cylinder manifold. Check harness loom running down the mast lattice for 24V shorts from auxiliary lighting cables.
