LOGIC: Crawler Side Frame Hydraulic Width Adjustment Solenoid Open.
ACTION: Inspect proportional directional valve solenoid on lower chassis manifold block +2V. Measure coil resistance (~24Ω); check central swivel collector slip-ring channels.
