Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Fuel Quantity Control Valve (QCV) Cable Break / Open Circuit. ACTION: Measure QCV solenoid coil resistance on the high-pressure pump (~3.2Ω). Trace wiring harness from engine module casing to pump for rub-through spots.
