LOGIC: Common Rail Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) Opened / Active Flow Venting. ACTION: Inspect Fuel Quantity Control Valve (QCV) for mechanical sticking. Check fuel rail return line for backpressure or restricted manifold fittings.
