Reductant Heater "B" Control Circuit Open.
LOGIC: The ECM cannot detect the electrical load of the line heater.

Pro-Tip: These heated lines are very fragile. If a tech zip-ties them too tightly to the frame, it can snap the internal heating wire. Always leave a "vibration loop" when securing SCR lines.
