NOx Exceedance - Insufficient DEF Quality.
LOGIC: The NOx sensor sees the chemistry isn't working right after a refill.
ACTION: Drain the DEF tank and refill with fresh, ISO-certified 22241 DEF.

Pro-Tip: Techs often blame the sensor, but check for "White Death" (urea crystals) in the injection port. If the injector is half-plugged, the spray pattern is wrong, the NOx won't drop, and the computer assumes the DEF is "bad."
