Actuator Motor Calibration. LOGIC: Forces the recirculation, defrost, and blend flaps to travel from stop-to-stop to "learn" the potentiometer limits.

Red Seal field insights

If the cab is blowing hot on one side and cold on the other, the blend flap has "lost its home." Run this calibration. If it fails, the plastic drive gear on the motor is likely cracked.
