Arm Movement Drifts / Delayed Stop
Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Arm-In Pilot Pressure Transducer Signal Out of Neutral Range.
ACTION: Check arm pilot transducer zero-point voltage with joystick released (spec: 0.45–0.55V). If voltage reads >0.7V at rest, replace the pressure transducer on the pilot manifold.
Red Seal field insights
Neutral Interlock: Prevents unexpected implement drift; if the controller sees pilot pressure with the joystick centered, it locks out pump displacement stroke for that circuit.
