LOGIC: Fuel Rail Pressure Below Minimum Limit (Bosch HPCR). ACTION: Check primary fuel filter/water separator for clogging or air aeration. Measure Fuel Control Valve (FCV) solenoid coil resistance (~3.2Ω) and check high-pressure pump output.
