LOGIC: Common Rail Fuel Rail Pressure Too Low Under Load. ACTION: Check pre-filter water trap and secondary filter for bio-sludge restriction. Inspect the rail-mounted mechanical safety relief valve (PRV); replace if leaking diesel to tank during cranking.
