Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: High-Voltage Interlock Loop (HVIL) Circuit Short to Ground.
ACTION: Safely isolate high-voltage (lockout/tagout, prove zero energy). Inspect the continuous low-voltage HVIL pilot loop running through every high-voltage connector, service disconnect, and inverter cover. Trace harness for pinched wiring against chassis brackets.
