Charging Locked / Machine Refuses to Start

Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: High-Voltage Battery Cell Core Temperature Critically High (>55°C). ACTION: Inspect the battery thermal management system (BTMS) chiller circuit and auxiliary radiator fan. Check refrigerant charge level in active chiller unit; inspect coolant proportional valve for mechanical sticking.

Red Seal field insights

Thermal Mass: Large lithium-ion blocks take hours to cool down once heat-soaked. Running heavy cycle times in high ambient temperatures without active chiller flow triggers battery preservation lockouts.
