Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: DC High-Voltage Bus Pre-Charge Timeout / Resistor Overload.
ACTION: Check pre-charge relay contacts, high-power pre-charge ceramic resistor, and harness continuity. Verify DC bus capacitance charges to at least 90% of open-circuit pack voltage before the main positive contactor is commanded shut.
