Diagnosis & fix steps
Communications Fault.
LOGIC: The display console in the cab is not receiving data from the main processing unit (the "brain").
ACTION: 1. Check the data cable between the console and the CPU box.
2. Verify the CPU box has green "heartbeat" LEDs lit.
Red Seal field insights
On Franna cranes, the CPU box is often under the dash or behind the seat. If the crane was jump-started recently, the internal communication chip may have fried. Always check for 12V/24V power at the CPU box first.
