Diagnosis & fix steps

ATB (Anti-Two Block) Cable Break. LOGIC: The safety loop for the boom-tip switch is open (high resistance). ACTION: 1. Check the reeling drum cable on the side of the boom. 2. Verify the ATB weight is not tangled.

Robway reeling drums use a "slip ring" inside the drum. Over time, the copper tracks get dirty or corroded. Open the drum cover and clean the tracks with electrical contact cleaner and a Scotch-Brite pad to fix intermittent ATB codes.
