LOGIC: Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) Position Sensor Voltage High. ACTION: Check 5V reference supply and signal circuit at the VGT actuator connector. Inspect the mechanical sector gear arm on the exhaust housing for carbon binding or excessive wear.

Air-Fuel Calculation: An open ground or internal sensor failure pulls the signal to 5V, forcing the D13/D16 engine ECM to assume maximum vane opening, causing severe low-end boost lag.
