Diagnosis & fix steps

Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. LOGIC: The Cam and Crank signals are out of sync or the Cam signal is "noisy." ACTION: 1. Check the sensor connector for oil ingress. 2. Verify the timing belt hasn't jumped a tooth. 3. Check for a loose reluctor wheel. FIX: Replace Camshaft Position Sensor or realign timing belt/gears.
